Adam Reifsteck: The Burning Within

As a composer, Adam Reifsteck seeks to further the craft of composition through music that is both artistic and delightfully accessible to the average music enthusiast. His first recorded album “The Burning Within” demonstrates his artistic excellence as a composer showcasing his ability to write for a variety of chamber ensembles. Each of the works included on this recording incorporate a unique and innovative approach to the craft of writing music through the fusion of traditional and contemporary compositional techniques.
 

“The Burning Within” was made possible by the Arts Council of Greater Kalamazoo Irving S. Gilmore Emerging Artist Grant and the support of the St. Catherine of Siena Church Siena Arts Program.

Dalton Center Recital Hall in Kalamazoo, MI by Western Sound Studios with Gordon van Gent as engineer. "Nightscapes" was recorded at St. Catherine of Siena Church in Portage, MI by Adam Reifsteck.
